Jon Shapcott and Sarah Quinton

Husband-and-wife duo Jon Shapcott and Sarah Quinton are behind the Bishops Café and Tearoom which opened in April 2023.

Mrs Quinton said, “We lived near to Holywells Park for many years so know the area well and are over the moon to be fulfilling our dreams of running our businesses here. We have young children and a dog, so we understand what families visiting the park will need.”
